Follow these simple steps to start speaking Malay today.

Sign Up / Login
Go to booking.howtomalay.com and sign up or log in to your account.
Step02
Select Your Package
Choose *free trial, a single lesson, a 5-lesson pack, or a 10-lesson pack based on your goals.
Step03
Choose Date & Time
Pick a slot from our live calendar. Make sure to select the correct timezone. If you pick a lesson package, you will need to schedule at least the first lesson.
Step04
Confirm & Pay
Complete the secure payment. You’ll receive an instant email confirmation with the link. If you are paying using Wise, please make the payment and inform us via Whatsapp below.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes! You can reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the start time through the “Manage Bookings” link in your confirmation email or dashboard.
What platform is used for the lessons?
We use Google Meet for trial lessons and Microsoft Teams for regular lessons. You will be guided on how to prepare the platform for the next class.
Do lesson packages expire?
5-lesson packages are valid for 2 months, and 10-lesson packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
No problem! Most of our students start from zero. We provide all the materials and go at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. By providing free trials, students will have the freedom to choose to proceed with us or not.
Is my booking account the same as the student’s portal?
No. Your booking account is handled by a different platform, safe for payment processing managed by Stripe.
